General Conditions for Tourist Activities

All activities offered on this site are subject to the following conditions.

The person whose name appears on the reservation will be considered the group leader and accepts these conditions on their own behalf as well as for all individuals registered, substituted, or added on the reservation form.

All prices displayed are valid at the time of the website’s launch. The information presented is based on the most recent data. We reserve the right to modify services, itineraries, prices, or other details without being liable for any compensation or refund.

Confirmation Policy

Reservations for tourist activities will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the cost.

Cancellation and Refund

Customers who wish to cancel an activity for any reason, including health or family issues, are subject to the following fees:

Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the activity: 50% refund.

Cancellation 24 hours before the activity: no refund.

Any cancellation on our part, due to technical issues or weather conditions, will result in either a rescheduling of the activity or a full refund.

Change of Date

If you let us know at least 3 days in advance, you can change your booking without any extra fees.

If you request a change within 2 days or less, we can’t guarantee availability, especially during peak season. Please email us for any changes.

Weather Conditions

In case of bad weather, the activity may be postponed. If you can’t reschedule the activity due to your departure, a full refund will be provided.
